Are you an avocado lover like me ??? So, there it is, my next quick’n easy confusion 🤩
For 2 bowls you need :
400 g Salat Eurer Wahl, gewaschen ( 400 g salad greens of your choice, washed )
4 Eier, wachsweich gekocht ( 4 boiled eggs )
Dressing:
2 EL Olivenöl + 3 EL Zitronensaft + Salz & Pfeffer
2 Tbsp olive oil + 3 Tbsp lemon juice + salt & pepper
Guacamole :
1 Avocado
3 EL frischen Koriander ( 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro )
Saft 1/2 Limette ( juice from 1/2 lime )
Salz
To do:
🇩🇪 Den Salat mit dem Dressing mischen. Zutaten für die Guacamole cremig mixen. Salat mit halbierten Eiern und der Guacamole toppen. 👌🏼
🇬🇧🇺🇸 Combine the salad greens with the dressing. Cut eggs into halves. Blend all ingredients for the guacamole. Top your salad bowl with guacamole and eggs. 👌🏼
